Through our partnership with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, you have access to a variety of virtual wellness classes and well-being programs that are here for you when you need them the most. Whether you are looking to shake it up, stretch it out, or get centered, you’re covered with Zumba®, yoga, guided mindfulness, and wellness sessions. All are available at no cost to you and will be easy to access via Zoom.
