Elizabeth Vire, Vice President, National Sales, HPI
Elizabeth helps fuel HPI’s market development and maximize our distribution channel across the country. She has over 10 years of sales experience in the industry and is an expert on strategic development, relationship management and self-funding.

With her tremendous all-around knowledge of self-funding, RBP sales experience and a strong reputation in the industry, Elizabeth plays a critical role in the success of national broker support.

Prior to joining HPI, Elizabeth most recently served as Regional Sales Director at Trustmark, for which her responsibilities included new business acquisition, consultative functions and serving as the subject matter expert on Reference Based Pricing.

 

Stacy Borans, Founder and Chief Medical Officer, Advanced Medical Strategies
Dr. Borans is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Advanced Medical Strategies (AMS). AMS is the leader in strategic intelligence software for clarity into complex claims. It was founded with the purpose of combining technology, clinical expertise, financial insight, and data science to address the affordability of care. AMS has a targeted focus on specialty pharmaceuticals, catastrophic diagnoses and medical implants.

Dr. Borans is a respected and much in-demand speaker at seminars worldwide for claims professionals. She has appeared on a multitude of educational panels, workshops, and podcasts, in addition to hosting webinars on a regular basis. Jennifer Borislow, Founding Principal & CEO, Borislow Insurance
Jennifer A. Borislow is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Borislow Insurance, a leading provider of innovative health and wellbeing benefits solutions. Tracy Hoffman, Managing Director, Risk Strategies
Tracy has worked in the provider stop loss and reinsurance industry for over 30 years, the last 14 years specifically on the brokerage and consulting side of the business. She is an expert in health care risk financing and serves as the team leader for the Managed Care team within Risk Strategies’ National Health Care Practice. In this role, she works with health systems, hospitals, physician groups, and health plans to identify and secure risk transfer solutions for all forms of financial risk. Tracy is well versed in health care reform, value based care and population health. Tracy’s broad background in risk allows her to advise health care clients on all of their insurance and reinsurance needs.

 

Deborah Hodges, President and CEO, HPI
As President, Deb leads HPI’s diversification growth strategy and represents the organization to our parent company, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (HPHC). Deb works with the board of directors and senior management of both companies to develop long-range goals, strategies, plans, and organizational policies.

Deb has held a number of senior executive positions over the past two decades and was a key participant during our acquisition by HPHC in 2005. Her experience and skills have directly impacted product marketing, business development, sales revenues and strategic planning, and the company’s recent risk management growth endeavors.
