HPI IP Address Change 9/4/26
On September 4, 2026, HPI is changing its public IP address. If you currently receive traffic from HPI (e.g., via SFTP, SAAS applications, file feeds), please be sure to whitelist the new IP address to ensure uninterrupted service.
Please note there will be a planned maintenance window between 8 pm on Friday, September 4 and the morning of Tuesday, September 8. During that time, there will be disruptions to all services, even if briefly, as we make these changes.
Action Required
Traffic originating from HPI IP addresses 63.252.206.121 and 63.252.206.125 will come from the IP address 4.18.76.225.
Vendors who currently communicate with HPI via SFTP, SAAS applications, and file feeds will need to whitelist the HPI IP address above.
To maintain uninterrupted access to HPI, share this info with your IT or network security team and ask them, if they determine it is necessary, to whitelist the new HPI IP address.
