Paul will join senior leadership to drive the advancement of operations, automation, and programming. He brings over 30 years of experience in the industry, specializing in numerous areas including system configuration, member care, compliance, and analytics.

Paul most recently served as senior vice president of TPA solutions at Centivo, where he established TPA operations and served as the company’s industry subject matter expert. Previously, he served as chief operating officer at Consociate Health.
