During this transition period, as we wait for Steward Health Care to formalize and communicate its plan for active patients, we want to emphasize that we are here to support our members and clients in every possible way.
We urge our members impacted by the closures to contact their physicians and our member services team. Members can reach us using the number on their Member ID cards. Our team can help triage or mitigate any disruption to care.
We will do all we can to ensure the continuity of care for our members and maintain access to the high-quality health care they deserve.
